The Girls in STEM (GIS) Club at Columbia Memorial Space Center has been operating since 2015 with the mission of exposing girls ages 8-18 to new experiences and opportunities in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).

ABOUT

The mission of the Girls in STEM Club is to expose girls ages 8-18 to new experiences and opportunities in STEM and help to encourage them to explore careers in STEM related fields. Through hands-on activities and challenges centered on STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) topics, our goal is to encourage girls to create, explore, test, and share new ideas.
